This machine is a special equipment for coating assorted chocolate.It can coat on the surface of all kinds of foods,such as candy,cake and biscuit ,etc. with thick chocolate liquid,creates many kinds of chocolate products with various flavors.
We have two kinds of chocolate enrobing lines:
1. The material of conveyor belt is PU, the speed controllers are inverters. The parts with touch with chocolate is ss**4,but other parts such as frame ,insulation plates are iron with paint.The inside layer of jacket tank is ss**4.
2. The material of the conveyor belt is PU. There is Siemens PLC and touch screen to control the line. The frame, insulation plates and other most parts are ss**4. The inside layer of jacket tank is ss**4.
