Generating electricity via rear axle generator is superior to generating electricity via vehicle engine in two reasons: in one side, enhance generating capacity by multiplied generator speed through variable speed of transmission gear; in the other side, generate electricity with the energy produced in the process of coast down and inertia effect. The rear axle can generate electricity driven by oil only, and it cannot generate electricity if driven by electricity.
