With **0KW/***0HZ Intermediate frequency furnace, keeping the forging temperature ***0 ±*0℃. This make sure the surface of parts would not have decarburizing reaction. The microscopic structure of parts after forging should be pearlitic and ferrite.
Casting line:
With an annual output *****-ton “V” casting line, 4 *-ton intermediate frequency furnace, one annual output ****-ton precision casting line, 2 *-ton intermediate frequency furnace, 2 heat treatment line, 2 shot-blasting machines and one painting line.
Machining line:
With 5 saws, 2 flame cutting machines, 1 plasma cutting machines, *5 lathes, 5 milling machines, 2 boring machines, 6 drilling machines, 2 reaming machines, 2 rolling machines. 6 welding machines. And 1 CNC.
