It is reasonably structure and easy to operate . The chip-removal device is in back-tilting structure, and the lathe as a whole receives natural aging treatment, heat-treatment and then vibration treatment. The guide rail is treated with high frequency quenching. The spindle in the head stock is a three-point-supporting structure. The spindle has four shifts of governing and the change between shifts is automatically by hydraulic means, within each shift, the stepless governing is used to provide not only speed and high accuracy but also allowing cutting heavy-load at low speed. The guide rails surface is treated with wear-resistant plastic-affixing technique, and automatic intermittent lubricating mode is applied to extend its service life and increase its running accuracy. The operation box is of a suspended, independent and movable structure, with large range of movement , and it is also provided with a handheld pulse generator to make tool operating more convenient.
