Features

Connected with Outlook
The system automatically obtains conference reservation information when it is 

connected with Outlook email, and show the information on the corresponding 

terminals. And our system uses the interface link provided by the Exchange Server to 

add texts to relevant position of the IMPS conference module, then play the text on 

the terminal according to the time table and form which has been edited.

Auditing
Setting auditing mechanism to the publishing of the conference information, all the 

information should be audited before it was published.

Disconnection prompt
When there is a network disruption or there are no arrangements in the corresponding 

conference rooms, the terminal will not blank screen and the page can be set to 

default texts, promotional pictures and notice of network disruption. Meanwhile, 

there will be a network disruption prompt on the management platform.
