Float glass is a sheet of glass made by floating molten glass on a bed of molten metal, typically tin, although lead and various low melting point alloys were used in the past. This method gives the sheet uniform thickness and very flat surfaces.

Clear Glass: Ideal where high visibility and clarity are required.

Thickness from 1.7 mm to *2 mm.

Green: Suitable when high light transmission and reduced solar heat gain are required. Standard thicknesses from 2 mm through 8 mm (5/*6"); other thicknesses may be available on request
