RFCZ*2 horizontal turning machine, one of the RIFA-built horizontal turning machines, provides years of performance and reliability.
 
Its swing over carriage measures **0mm,maximum cutting length **0mm, cutting diameter **0mm(long parts)/**0mm(short parts), and distance between centers **0mm.
 
Its slant bed machine base and machine head are made from high-quality cast iron. Optimized design and structural analysis allow them superior rigidity and durability. The machine is fully closed with enclosure, avoiding leakage-related failures. Lubricating oil and cooling water are collected bytheir respective groove, ensuring the environment protection.
 
Pre-loaded ball-type linear guideways are used for X- and Z-axis motions. The design features low friction, low noise and smooth operation. Rapid feed rates for the X-axis is *2m/min and for the Z-axis is *0m/min. Maximum X-axis travel is **0mm and maximum Z-axis travel is **8mm. Servos couple directly to the ball screws, eliminating gears and preventing backlash and servo drag. Fixed, pre-tensioned dual-nut ball screws provide increased rigidity and thermal stability.
 
A FANUC 0i control unit is standard. A MITSUBISHI control unit is offered as an option.
