Product Description

•This machine is Mechatronics, it is designed and manufactured base on user’s required speces. It adopts the advanced PLC control system; the screen slot and rotary speed are digital control, Intuitive. They can adjust in the designed scope arbitrarily, easy to operate, mainly for producing filter sieve screen.

•Usage: The products can be used for Oil wells, Farm wells, Coking coal washing, and Green sewage treatment.

•Application scope: welding for stainless steel wire, high quality low carbon steel wire.

Operation principle and main structure and function

the welding machine adopts resistance pressure welding principles，the wire roller is connected to one pole of welding transformer by carbon brush, press wire electrode wheel connection with wire roller insulated connect to another pole of welding transformer. The current resistance heat makes the contact part of support rod and welding wire melt and then weld to produce the screen.

The machine adopts high-power welding transformer which ensure the continuous power transmission and welding. The welding pressure is adjusted through the spring lever. The welding time is adjusted through the rotary speed.
