一、☆ Machine Usage

This machine is mainly used for drilling tube sheet, flanges, plate-type, circular partsand so on, which can achieve through-hole drilling, drilling blind holes, step holes on single material and composite materials. This machine uses ordinary high speed steel twist drill head with cold outside. Digital control of machining process, the operation is very convenient.

二、☆ Machine Features

This machine is mainly composed by bed working table, Movable gantry, CNC vertical sliding drilling head, automatic chip conveyor and Circular Cooling Device, electrical systems and other components.

We use FAGOR***5 CNC Control system. With chip-breaking features, People can set chip-breaking time and cycle time on the man-machine interface. Having lifting-blade function, which can be set the height of lifting-blade on the man-machine interface. When drilling the set height, the drill bit Clockwisely rotate and rapidly switch to the top of the workpiece, and then reverse tossing chippings, and then Clockwisely fast-forward to the drilling face and automatically convert to work into. With CAD / CAM automatically converted to processing function. According to different hole can automatically adjust the feed and speed. With pulse hand wheels, canceled drilling manually, and then automatically go to the next hole drilling capabilities.
