1.    It has pretty outline, rational structure, good rigidity & stability, well-distributed stress, smooth, accurate and safe operating.

2.    Separate structure between cutter body and working table prevents interference in cutter accuracy raised from long-term stress variation of working table. Meanwhile, separate structure between CNC system and working table prevents interference with cutting accuracy raised from water surge.

3.    Cross beams are made from extruded aluminum with light weight, good rigidity and no deformation. This is the most advanced technique among Chinese waterjet cutters manufacturers.

4.    Dustproof cloth for Axis X, Axis Y and Axis Z is cancelled, whereas built-in towline is used for Axis Y. High quality towline and high quality cable are integrated and they show better durability and dependability. This design will prolong working life of waterjet cutters and reduce operation & maintenance costs. So it will become development tendency of waterjet cutters.

5.    Elastic couplers are used for direct connection between driving motors and ball screws, whose advantages are that vibration of obverse & reverse rotation is absorbed and gearing accuracy is higher compared with other rigid torque couplers.

6.    High quality ball screws and linear rolling guide gearings ensure cutting speed and cutting nozzle accuracy. Furthermore, nut gearing is used for stroke over 3m and long distance gearing is more dependable. Meanwhile, there is dual protection of automatic limit and soft limit if stroke is over design.

7.    The bodies of waterjet cutters are composed of casting and concrete. Metal parts are machined by bridge planer and slideway grinder after aging to remove microdeformation and remain permanent accuracy of waterjet cutters.
