CNG station series is to provide the necessary equipment of the natural gas for the gas pipeline area of the remote city. The equipment is composed of the unloading vehicle system, heat exchanging system, pressure regulation system, measurement system, control system, adding olfactory system. The unloading system is composed of the quick-installed joint, high-pressure hose, high pressure ball valve etc
The regulation heat-exchanging metering system is composed of the inlet pressure channel, inlet ball valve, high pressure filter, emergency shut0off valve, first-grade heat exchanger, first grade regulator, secondary heat exchanger, secondary regulator, safety blow-off valve, pressure gauge, thermometer, flowmeter, control valve, pressure and temperature sensor and so on.
The control system is composed of the pressure and temperature sensors, explosion-proof wiring box, temperature instrument, pressure meter, flow meter, alarm control instrument, PLC controller and so on.
The heat exchange system consisted of the gas-fired boiler, regulator used for the gas furnace, hot water circulating pump or heat exchanger and so on.
The remote transmission shows all levels of regulation outlet pressure and temperature in order that users can understand the detailed working condition for the regulating station.
Equipped with the automatic blow-off and cut-off function, can automatically take reasonable safety protection measures when there is the problem of the equipment.
Optimized mainframe and pipeline design, guarantee a longer life and greater flow.
