PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

JH-N**0 SBS Modified Bituminous Waterproofing Membrane is a kind of macro-molecule material produced by advanced equipment and technology, using high-quality bitumen as its main component, Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene(SBS) as the modifier, superior materials as its reinforcement and many excellent materials as its isolating materials.

 

PRODUCT FEATURES

Low temperature resistance, high elongation ability, strong tensile strength, good abrasive resistance and easy to pave.

 

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

1. Industrial and civil roofing construction such as insulation roofs, planted roofs, roof parking lots and inverted roofs, etc.

2. Industrial and civil underground construction, indoor swimming pools, fire reservoirs, etc.

3. Tunnels, subways, concrete bridges, sewage plants and refuse landfills, etc.

4. Water conservancy facilities such as pools and water channels, etc.

Reinforcements: polyester(PY), glass fiber(G), glass fiber reinforced polyester (PYG)

Surface materials: polyethylene film(PE), fine sand(S), the mineral aggregate(M)

PACKING,TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

1.Different types of products should be stored separately. Keep membranes dry and ventilated, protected from sun and rain.

2.Storage temperature should be between 5℃to *5℃. One layer up-right storage in warehouse and no more than two layers up-right storage during transportation.

3.Prevent membranes from inclination or lateral pressure. If necessary, cover it with felt-cloth.

4.Storage period is one year from the manufacture date under proper storage.



APPLICATION METHOD
 

1. Torch-applied method and cold adhesion method are both feasible , or we can use these two methods together during the construction, which means cold adhesion method used at the main part and torch-applied method used at the seam.

1. Rainy, snowy or strong windy(more than five level) day is not suitable to pave membranes.
2. Air temperature should be above 0℃ in the construction site.
3. In rainy days, keep the paved membranes from getting wet.
4. Heat the membranes evenly with fire from a proper distance until the surface of the membranes melt into bright black without overheating.
5. Safety facilities and fire-fighting equipment should be placed properly in site.
