2. Desiccated coconut
High fat Desiccated coconut is produced from the mature coconut. Maturity of coconut is from 11 to 12 months old. Coconut is peeled, split shell and silk shell before putting on the manufacturing process at the factory.
Physical characteristics
- Appear: coconut slice shape, dry, no impurities see by eyes
- Color: natural white of desiccated coconut, free from yellow specks
- Taste and Flavor: Mild fatty, flavor of product. No stranger flavor. Free from strong odor.
- Shelf life: 12 months from production date.
Grades:
- Fine (3-3.5mm): Low fat and high fat
- Medium (5-6mm): high fat

High fat desiccated coconut is packed in inner polyliner and 2-3 kraft paper bags cover with outer PP bags or customer's request.

3. Toasted coconut chips
