• Four stage cleaning system
• Controlled environment and system to deliver good and sustaining quality and ensure product, free from sand, mud, stones, Plant pathogens, weeds and other impurities.
• Five Stage testing - first stage testing on the material collected from the Mill, second stage testing on the washed material, third stage on the Dried pith and the fourth stage testing on the compressed block. Final checking while loading the cargo.
• Sieving system - The Coir-pith is first sieved with and 1/2 or1/4' mesh sieve according to the requirement.
• Drying - It is dried on cemented drying yards or on large heaps of coir-pith.
• Screening - The dried coir-pith is once again cleaned in a vibrating screener. This helps to make the coir-pith free of medium size fiber and coconut husk chips.
• The cleaned coir-pith is then passed through a cleaner fitted with a succession blower. In this process the coir-pith is made free of sand, soil, small pebbles and other impurities. Thus we get a cleaned Coir-pith for the final process.
• We use fresh coir-pith and aged coir-pith (aged around 6~*8months). 
• In order to reduce the EC (Salinity) of the fresh coir-pith, we spray water with low EC on the pith, and wash away the extra EC. The EC is brought down to 1 Ms/Cm.
• We are drying the coir-pith on cement drying yards or on the coir-pith heap itself. The coir-pith does not come in contact with the earth. So no contamination.
• 5kg blocks expand to *7 to *0 liters of loose Material per kg.
