1.Colombian Coltan (Black Sand) with the following specifications 
Ta2O5 content approximately *0% +/ 5%.
Material must be free of any deleterious impurities.
The concentrates will be free of any impurities deleterious to the smelting and refining process. 
The material will be suitable for handling with typical concentrate loading and transfer equipment and safe for ocean 
transportation and grabhandling and in accordance with IMO regulations
2.Quantity:*0 MT per month (+/ 2%) net wet,with possibility of extensions up to *0 MT per month
3. Delivery:
3.1  packed in 1 MT big bags
3.2in a long term contract on a month by month basis delivery, starting *0 days after signing the present contract, 
all export rights, taxes and duties paid by the Seller
3.3 Title of the goods will pass to the Buyer at delivery against presentation of documents as stipulated in the contract when material is secured in containers FOB sea port.
