1. Introduction:

Our prefab house is designed as a light construction consisting of
 floor and roof frames and corner profiles. The construction enables
 compounding of individual containers in longitudinal and transvers
e directions without limits. It also enables compounding of containers in 2 floors in height, or in 3 floors in height for warehousing of these containers.

The wainscots of the container are made of light insulation panels and offer pleasant climate in the interior due to their building and physical properties.

Delivery: Containers can be delivered assembled or individually in kits **8 mm high.4 kits can be bundled in packages ***1 mm high (ISO dimensions)

4.Detailed construction:

1)Frame: Cold formed **4mm Steel Profile;

2)Floor: 

 2.1  0.5 mm flat galvanized steel sheet

 2.2  **0mm non combustible mineral wool

 2.3  *8mmplywood panel 

3)ROOF: 

3.1  0.5mm galvanized and painted steel sheet

3.2  **0mm non combustible mineral wool 

4)Door:

 4.1  Single fold, *0mm thick

 4.2  Insulated with PL (polystyrene)

 4.3  Opening dimensions of **8×***0mm, furnished with a handle lock with 3 keys.

 4.4  Net opening dimensions: **4 x ***5 mm.

5)Window:

   5.1  Made of PVC, white color, with dimensions **0×***0mm, glazed with double layer glass in a thickness of 4/*5/4mm, with sliding mechanism (one side fixed and one sliding).

   More extra window types chosen in term of your specific needs.

   5.2  Rolling shutter:

1: external PVC rolling shutter in PVC guides.

2: external Aluminum rolling shutter without insulation in Aluminum guides.

3: external Aluminum rolling shutter with insulation in Aluminum guides.
