Our integrated meat plant is a state-of-the-art most modern facility conforming to international specifications and standards.
Most segments of our plant are fully automated enabling us to meet GMP ( good manufacturing practices) protocols which not only helps us effectively maintain the hygiene but the automation on various stages reduce the processing and packing time thus by the products remain fresh while processed. The whole manufacturing process is environment friendly. Our factories are HACCP approved and ISO certified. The plant is approved by the Indian Governments Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) under the administrative control of Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
Our process of Meat.
1) Halal. As per Islamic Sharia.
The slaughter of animals is carried strict in accordance with Islamic Rites. The Halaal slaughter is carried out in a ritual box by persons trained and selected by Jamiat i-Hind, the approved Islamic Body. An official of Jamiat-i-Hind supervises and records all slaughtering at the plants. The slaughter team is also responsible for selection of animals as per the guidelines for Halal slaughter.
2) Carcass Chiller
The aim of a carcass chiller is to reduce  the temperature of freshly slaughtered red carcasses to one where the rate of microbial growth is very slow. Our carcass is chilled for *4 Hours, before it is taken for deboning.
3) Deboning
Deboning is a process to remove bones from the meat for boneless meat etc. We have skilled labour to perform this important step at the time of production of qualitative meat.
4) Fresh Packing
We stores and packed our goods using Fresh Packing technology in our premises.
5) Frozen Packing
Frozen Packing is very good quality packaging which ensures to take food for a long period as frozen products do not require any added preservatives because microorganisms do not grow when the temperature of the food is below *9.5°C, which is sufficient on its own in preventing food spoilage.
6) Cold Storage
Cold Storage is a space with the temperature of *0 to **0º for storage all the items that may be perishable or at least frozen meat.
