It is adjusted by PLC computer system that the whole line can be handled by only 2 operators, one of them is mainly working for raw material feeding and another one works for the 2 fillings that adjusted by control panel. It requires 2 or 3 dimensional hollow siliconized polyester fiber that shorter than **0mm. The filling time can be adjusted from the PLC control panel according to the different production size and filling quantity for each pillow case from each filling slot separately.
