QFT ***8 Concrete Block Making Machine
The vibrator of the concrete block machine adopts the

The Vibration System of the concrete block machine
The special design of Vibration Double vibration motors.
There are 4 special design excitation blocks in the vibration
box. They could adjust to different materials with variable
amplitude, it just needs 0.5~2.5 Seconds to form the concrete
blocks compactness completely. The vibration box uses two
frequency conversion motors (with Schneider ATV
variable-frequency governor) and two pieces of transmission
shafts in the vibration table. This is special design in our
company.

Controller-Siemens Touch Screen Control System.
