There are rigid dummy bar and flexible dummy bar two types, and the length gauge may be regulated and cutting may be automatically conducted according to the length gauge. And then the cutted off bullet may be automatically pushed out of rollers into the cooling bank by hydraulic cylinder. It’s all automatically controlled from tapping to billet hoisting out. Tapping output is *0to *1.8 tons calculated according to drawing speed of 3 m/min. In addition to these definite form casting line, it can also be designed according to user requirements and manufacturing.
