Characteristics

Simplify the mechanism—Reduce the amount of parts, Reduce the total cost, Improve the reliability

Optimize the streamline of hub and cylinder──reduce its resistance and improve propulsion efficiency
Using finite element analysis method to design the mechanism──average the stress and low down the peak stress, improving the reliability and longevity
The blade sealing are specially design so that the sealing be more reliable, without any leak, which ensure our CPP meet the requirements of law of anti-pollution of sea and ocean
The interface between twin-tube and hub shafting being improved so that CPP be more reliable and maintenance/repairing be more convenient
Reduce the max work pressure when changing pitch, which correspondingly reduce the power consumption of hydraulic system and extend its longevity
