Usage: In summer
1、Locate the Aloe Soft Crystal Regimen Mattress Flatly on the bed for direct use(best for hard plank bed).Turn on air-conditioner freezing for around a hour prior to sleep to fully cool down the mat.
2、When the environment temperature lower then *0℃, can not use air-conditioner.When the environment temperature exceeded then *0℃, set the air-conditioner at ****8℃, has obvious energy saving effect.
In winter:
1、When indoors temperature is lower then *8℃,locate an water electric blanket of the same size under the aloe soft crystal mat and switch up the power source for *0min before sleeping so as to fully accumulate heat in the aloes mat; obvious warming effects are demonstrated when switching it off when sleeping.2、It might be cool by sleeping on the mat when summer approaches to an end and winter just starts.
