The Copper price will be fixed on a mutually agreed day at the time of delivery in Durban Warehouse. PAYMENT: Payment will be guaranteed by transferable standby letter of credit (SBLC) by a prime world bank, payable *5% byt T/T against presentation of documents. Final balance (second drawing) will be paid when all final elements are known.
