Brazing Operation: Flux powder should be mixed with water to form a thick paste,paste should then be brushed onto the joint surfaces,use filler metal dipped flux paste adhering to the joint area.The optimum joint gap is normally 0.***0.*5mm.Common use middle flaming when operate brazing.Avoid to make the local area overheating,do not let flame touch the filler metal and flux directly.
Removal of Flux Residue: Soak in the hot water and citric acid after welding.If do not need high quality surface appearance,it is no necessary to wash out.
