Payment: Final payment shall be made after the arrival of goods and final inspection at the destination port. And payment against presentation of the Original BL at the off loading port payment shall be by cash, Swift Wire Transfer or Telegraphic Transfer (*****) to Seller's designated Bank account. PACKING: By sheet in bundles PROCEDURES FOR COPPER CATHODE SHIPMENT. 1. LOI from buyer in this format. 2. Seller issues a FCO to buyer. 3. Buyer signs and returns FCO to Seller. 4. Buyer/Buyers representative shall meet the Seller at Sellers sales office before shipping the Copper Cathode. 5. Seller agrees to *2 month contract as per proposed buy-schedule, attached. 6. Buyer submits FPA and the buyer shall pay for the shipping cost to sellers location for the T/T. 7. Seller shows proof of product. 8. Seller and buyer shall meet at sellers office/warehouse see copper cathode and including inspection by SGS Tanzania report in the presence of the sellers gemologist. 9. Payment will be made by DL/C Draft Letter Of Credit into sellers companys account immediately against shipping document and B/L. *0.
