The Copper Clad Aluminium(CCA) wire is made up of pure aluminum wire as core with plating layer of uniform copper on the surface. It adopts the advanced coating and welding technology. Plating copper concentrically on the concentric line of aluminum wire, by several times drawing and heat treatment, realizes metallurgy combination between copper coating and aluminum,and can meet customer’s requirements on diameter,mechanical and electrical property,There is no falking off during the heat treatment or mechanical fault,the CCA characterizes by both the small density of aluminum and the good conductivity of copper,it is suitable for most of electrical applications.
