Definition & Function:
A copper nozzle is usually a small, component made of copper material. In different application scenarios, it serves to direct the flow of substances such as fluids, gases or powders. For example, in the welding process, copper nozzles guide the flow of shielding gas or solder; in spraying equipment, copper nozzles are used to control the spray pattern of paint.
Material characteristics:
Copper has good thermal and electrical conductivity, which makes copper nozzles perform well in situations where rapid heat dissipation or conductivity is required. At the same time, copper is relatively soft and easy to process into various shapes and sizes to meet different needs.
Machining process:
Casting: Copper is melted and injected into a mold and cooled to obtain a copper nozzle blank. This method is suitable for mass production, but there may be some minor imperfections that require subsequent processing.

Definition and function:
