The ground layer is cork surface 1mm thickness. and its is lacquered six times including three-flooring UV(Ultraviolet curing paint) priming and three-flooring UV covering lacquer. It is more wear-resistant, antiskid and water proof than PU, PE, NC paint. The flooring lacquered is not only glossy, but also sustainable , slide proof and waterproof. The second layer is Ergonomics cork basic. adopting the advanced production equipment, it is made from natural cork granules mixed with green adhesive. This layer 2mm thick accords with human ecological mechanics and reduces people fatigue, as well as noticeably more comfortable underfoot The third layer is HDF(High Density Floor) 7mm thickness, the density is between 0.*5g/cm3 and 0.*5g/cm3 .the test shows all mechanical property is most optional among the above density. this layer is mainly used for shaping flooring and locking with 3 tiles and *5 degree inserting , conveniently and firmly The forth layer is Environmental Engineering cork basic 1mm thickness. It is also made from natural cork granules mixed with green adhesive. It is moisture-proof and noise-insulated, which made your cork flooring more comfortable.
