Operating principle:
1 Manual bottle placement: Manually place the container to be filled into the mold.
2 bottles of cleaning: the air source is to purify the compressed air, and the air is compressed to remove the dust on the inner wall of the bottle.
3 Filling system: firstly fix the bottle mouth guide, then fill the mouth into the bottle and fill it from bottom to top filling process, no leakage or overflow phenomenon, the filling head is designed to prevent dripping and anti-drawing. .
4 The feeding box is made of SUS316L material, equipped with liquid level controller, and manual butterfly valve for easy cleaning at the outlet of the feeding box.
5. Suitable for filling face cream, skin cream, lotion,seasoning etc. Rated capacity 15-1000ml。 Some products like Wine, juice, milk, soy sauce,Tomato sauce, salad sauce, chili sauce,we can make the similar system too.
