3. Packaging

The cut rag tobacco blend shall be:

• Wrapped in food-grade poly liners.
• Packed in C*8 export cartons.
• Net weight of **0 kg per carton.
• Prepared and packed in accordance with international export packaging standards suitable for ocean, air, and inland transportation.

4. Quality & Cutting Specifications

Product Quality

• Each blend shall be free from contamination and foreign matter.
• No flavouring agents or additives shall be included unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Product shall conform to the specifications below.

Cut Dimensions

• Length: *0 **0 mm
• Width: 0.9 1.1 mm
• Thickness: Uniform throughout the blend.

Physical Characteristics

• Maximum Fines Content: 2.5%
• Moisture Content: *4% ± 5%

5. Export Documentation

The Seller shall provide the following documents with each shipment:

1. Certificate of Origin
2. Certificate of Fumigation
3. Independent Inspection Report confirming Quality and Quantity
4. Phytosanitary Certificate

6. Processing & Delivery

1. Subject to receipt of a confirmed purchase order and agreed deposit payment, the specified quantity shall generally be available for loading within twelve (*2) working days.
2. This period includes processing, fumigation (where required), quality inspection, packaging, and preparation of export documentation.
3. The Buyer shall confirm collection and shipping schedules prior to arranging transportation.
4. The Buyer shall ensure that suitable transportation and shipping arrangements are available on the agreed loading date.
5. The Seller shall obtain, at its own cost and risk, all necessary export licences, permits, customs clearances, and export authorisations required under Zimbabwean law.

7. Payment & Release of Documents

1. Export documentation shall only be released upon receipt of satisfactory evidence that the final balance payment has been processed and transferred by the Buyer.
2. Should the final balance payment not be received by the scheduled loading date, the Seller reserves the right to delay shipment until all payment obligations have been fulfilled.

8. Transfer of Risk

The Sellers responsibility and risk shall cease upon handover of the goods, together with all shipping and export documentation, to the transportation agent nominated by the Buyer in Harare, Zimbabwe.

9. Delays, Storage & Additional Charges

1. Any delay in shipment resulting from late payment by the Buyer shall be for the Buyers account.
2. Any delay caused by the Buyers failure to provide transportation or shipping arrangements shall attract applicable storage, handling, demurrage, and related charges.
3. The Buyer shall be responsible for all costs arising from such delays.
