CXS Double Rod Cylinder
CXS Double Rod
Cylinder has a compact body, symmetrical mounting, and comes
switch ready for connecting to mechanical proximity and limit
switches for precise timing in automated applications. The air
cylinder has an anodized aluminum body to help resist corrosion
and tarnishing, and it has dual piston rods made of carbon steel
for strength and durability. CXS piston cylinder bore size has 6
mm, *0 mm, *5 mm, *0 mm, *5 mm, *2 mm. Equivalent to SMC CXS
pneumatic cylinder, with the same appearance

CXS Pneumatic Cylinder Working Principle
Determine the
thrust and pull on the piston rod according to the amount of
force required. When choosing CXS pneumatic cylinder, the output
force of the cylinder should be slightly residual. If the
diameter of the cylinder is small and the output is insufficient,
the cylinder is not working properly. However, the diameter of
the cylinder is too large, which not only makes the equipment
bulky and expensive, but also increases the gas consumption,
resulting in energy waste. During the fixture design, the
increasing force should be adopted to reduce the cylinder
size.
