We seek REAL BUYERS (ideally DIRECT), but if buyer comes to us through a broker connection, buyer must PROVE his ability to buy, by following the Seller's procedures, for the offer buyer wants to purchase).

The process is extremely simple:

Buyer tells us what he wants.
We let our Sellers know.
We send buyer offers for what he wants (Sellers procedures are usually included in the offers).
Buyer lets us know which offers appeal to him, and sends required docs to prove his ability to buy, as outlined in Seller procedures.
Then a conference call is scheduled with the Seller's mandate (in many cases, the Seller can be brought onto the call by the Seller's mandate once the buyer has confirmed to mandate's satisfaction, his ability to purchase).

Brokers or REsellers posing as or pretending to be real buyers will be exposed to not only the proper authorities, but we'll also report them to each & every Seller contact in our vast network, as well as on this site. We do NOT tolerate fraudsters!
