Product : D6 FUEL OIL USA ULTRALOW SULFUR Quantity
: *0,**0,**0 Gallons (Ten Million Gallons per Month). Immediate
liftable
Quantity: Seven Million Gallons Three Simultaneous Deliveries.
1. The first lift of Eight Hundred Forty Thousand Seven Hundred
and Forty
Seven
Gallons (**0,**7). 2. Second lift of Two Million Six Hundred
Fifty-Nine
Thousand Two Hundred and
Fifty-Three Gallons (2,**9,**3). 3. Third lift of Three Million
Five
Hundred Thousand Gallons (3,**0,**0).
SPECIFICATIONS : According to data sheet attached to the FCO.
Contract Terms : *2 MONTHS (Twelve Consecutive English
Calendar Months)
Delivery : FOB MICHIGAN USA. PLACE OF LOADING : EX-TANK – FOB
MICHIGAN.
INSPECTION : Quality and Quantity by INTERTEK Report. Payment :
MT***3 Paid immediately for the liftable amount EX Tank in favor
of THE
SELLER guarantying one hundred Percent (**0%) of the Liftable
Amount
in Tanks.
TERMS AND PROCEDURE :
1. Seller sends Buyer FCO on Sellers Letter Head Signed by
Seller.
2. Buyer accepts FCO and sends a letter of acceptance and a
commitment to purchase the product under the conditions set forth
in this
FCO, with data from the buyer and their bank details to the
Seller.
3. Seller issues the Commercial Invoice in the name of buyer for
the
immediately liftable quantity as a commitment to sell the product
4. Buyer returns back the Commercial Invoice signed with
acceptance to
the Seller Both parties lodge the signed Commercial Invoice in
their
respective banks.
5. Buyers immediately send full details of the Inspectors to
conduct DIP to
the Seller. The charges to be borne by the Buyer.
6. Seller issues Dip Test Authorization to the Buyer and the
existing final
analysis report in quantity and quality of the storage tanks of
the first lift
made by SGS or Equivelant according to this attached analytical
FCO.
7. The buyer conduct DIP and then will issue the transfer order
for the
amount of first lift of the Commercial Invoice by MT **3 within
(*2) twelve
banking hours to the Seller bank account.
8. Seller Transfers Title to Buyer.
9. Buyer makes arrangements for storage or removing product from
tank
farm.
*0. Payment for the remaining of the contract by RDLC
EDT (ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT TRANSMISSIONS) SHALL BE
DEEMED VALID AND ENFORCEABLE INRESPECT OF ANY
PROVISSION OF THIS CONTRACT.
