Our date is the fruit of palm trees male and female, both of variety "Deglet Nour" authentic. It is produced in the best terroirs of Tolga (Algeria), Wilaya of Biskra (in the desert). Fans will recognize in it the characteristic taste of the terroir has its legendary reputation. The culture of the date in this area is a tradition of *4 centuries. Deglet Nour of BIODATTES is extra soft, naturally, without humidification industry. It is honeyed, soft and translucent.

For its size:
Our Deglet Nour is of a caliber greater in length and width. For export we select only the date class Jumbo (5.5 / 2 cm). Its core is small; it is fleshy and has very thin skin.
  
For color:
Our date is differentiated by a colored, translucent and golden, especially early in the season. Placed in front of a light source, reflected the core surrounded by a coating of soft flesh and honeyed.
