Brief Introduction
1.Simple production flow, all forming operation are operated in the same level, which greatly reduce workers operating strength. This design has

2.Forming type adopts back and forth continuous operation. Forming speed can be adjusted during operation. In case of emergency stop, production line will maintain constant tension to all belt rolls and will continue the production according to initial setting when the process is able to start again.
3.PLC control. All control operation are finished on the central control table. Input technical data of different conveyor belt through screen, PLC will start process according to program. Power drive provided by vector variable frequency motor which features smooth running, no instant impact when start and stop.
4.This production line adopts a technology which combines vector variable frequency control and intelligent tension let off. This technology will give same tension in each belt, and will keep all the tension in the same level during the production.
5.Set RE Photoelectric derivometer in every layer of belt in order to control the accuracy of position when multi-layer conveyor belt joint.
