Application
KOSUN LW series horizontal decanter centrifuge is used in separating suspension of solid phase with 2～*0% solid concentration, liquid viscosity ≤0.*1Pa•S, particle diameter d≥2μm, in clarifying suspensions with little solids as well as amorphous material that brings difficulties for filtering cloth regeneration and suspensions which have a big change range in solid phase concentration. And the centrifuge is also used in the separating of solid and liquid in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, food, pharmacy and environmental protection, carrying out dehydration of solid phase, liquid clarifying, liquid-liquid-solid separating, granularity grading and other separating processes.

Structure
KOSUN LW series horizontal decanter centrifuge is driven by two motors. The main motor drives the drum and the outer casing of differential through belts while the auxiliary motor, after the differential shifting speed, drives the spiral propeller. This will make the drum and the spiral propeller rotate in the same direction with a certain differential speed.

And the equipment can perform feeding, centrifugal settlement and unloading as well as other operation procedures, used in recovery barite, removing fine solids, lowering solid content in the drilling fluid, controlling the drilling liquid viscosity and density to guarantee the liquid performance and has a significant effect on fast drilling.
