~Decenter centrifuge is used as the fourth stage solids control equipment after shale shaker, desender and desilter. It is also an important part of mud purification system. The centrifuge   will be mainly used to retrieve barite, clear fine solids, decrease solid content of drilling fluid , control drilling mud density and performance. It is especially effective when used oilfield service industry, industrial service industry and especially in environmentally sensitive areas.
Decenter centrifuge function
Decenter centrifuge is installed the last stage of solids control system to process unweighted and weighted, water-based and oil-based drilling fluids. Oilfield decanter centrifuges mechanically increase the gravitational force exerted on the liquid and solids mixture present in the mud system. Centrifuges can apply over 3,**0 G-forces to separate heavier solids from the lighter solids.
