Dental Argon-arc Welding System is
a necessary tool used in dental laboratory. This equipment has
the same function and lower cost compared with the laser welding
machine. Five commonly-used model to weld different materials
such as Co-Cr alloy, gold-Co-Cr alloy, ferroferrite and other
metal materials used in orthodontics are available.
Besides its small size, safe,
stable and noiseless features, this machine is also easy to
operate and needn’t maintenance. It doesn’t take too much room,
on the contrary, a standard worktable is enough. Thanks to the
free adjustment of power and pulse time the welding point can be
accurately positioned. The machine is equipped with pancratic
lens and double-eye microscope. The LCD electronic shutter can
effectively protect the user’s eyes. If no operation for 5 fives,
the power and the pulse time will be automatically adjusted into
Ortho model in order to avoid damaging the welding
material.
