Manufacturing Techniques

COMLER silent type mobile power station use advanced full automatic production assembly line to produce.

Each work piece is jointed by multiple high strength plating color anti-rust bolts, which greatly improved the production efficiency and quality. At the same time, the bolt connection can be flexible disassembled so that it effectively reduces the transportation cost.

Mobile power station adopts the high strength hinge and strong elastic sealing strip edge to improve the weather durability of the integral Gen-set.

After through strict test, we ensure that the connection between each work-piece is fasten, and at the same time, the resonance produced by the unit when running effectively reduced to the minimum.

Noise attenuation shield and rain proof canopy shell are all made up of international cold-roll steel sheets and each work-piece is produced by die casting grinding tool. By through strict pickling phosphating, electric pulse special processing before spraying, electrostatic spraying and then
high heat fused cast, all these processes will greatly improve anticorrosion ability which also greatly increase the whole service life-span of the Gen-set so that to ensure your power supply under various extreme external environment.
