Product Description

Design
DIN ****5 electric water pump is long coupled bare shaft centrifugal pump which is designed and manufactured to standards DIN ****5 and EN **3. It means the pump is highly interchangeable with similar products. The modular design and back pull-out bearing bracket are for easy maintenance and reduced operation cost. These centrifugal pumps are versatile for multiple applications.

Volute Casing
The main support feet are cast integral with the volute casing and the bearing assembly also has a support foot for added rigidity.
Bearing Bracket
The "back pull out" design allows the rotating assembly to be withdrawn without disconnecting the pipework.
Impeller
Closed impellers are if double shrouded type for increasing pump efficiency. The enlarged balance holes are utilized to facilitate the hydraulic balance.
Shaft
The shaft are of **0SS (standard materia), which can be heat treated to increase the shaft rigidity.
Bearings and Lubrication
The centrifugal pumps are fitted with metal cage C4 tolerance ball bearings. The inboard bearing (non drive end) and the outboard bearing (drive end) can be both oil lubricated and grease lubricated.
Shaft Sealing
These centrifugal pumps have a wide range of shaft sealing options, varying from gland packing to cartridge seal. The selection of different shaft sealing ways mainly based on pumped fluid property and temperature.
