Dore
furnaceis used for remove Lead from
the Lead-precious metal alloy by an
oxidation process. In the furnace, Lead is oxidized to PbO and
will be removed as slag, while Au-Ag-Te-Bi and other precious
metal remain in the alloy. This alloy will be casted as an anode
plate for electrowinning and then we get pure precious
metal.
The handling
capacity is about *1ton expensive Lead each time (*2~*4h). The
operating temperature is about
***0 ~ ***0 °C. Motor Power is
*5kw.
Dore furnace
adopts mechanical transmission and intermittent starting mode.
According to calculation and practice the rotation speed is set
at 0.5r/min to ensure smooth and stable operation.
The gear driving device is
set at the part with lower temperature to reduce its thermal
stress. The big gear ring and rolling ring are an integral part,
which decreases gear diameter and cuts treatment capacity. The
supporting wheel is with rims, which helps maintain furnace
stability.
Dust & gas proof cover
is fixed in the middle of the furnace where the feeding inlet and
discharge outlet are located. Labyrinth sealing is adopted, which
efficiently traps fumes without hindering furnace
rotation.
