Double direction angular contact thrust ball bearings

Thrust ball bearings are designs in a separable structure. They consisit of shaft washer, housing washer and ball and cage thrust assembly which can be seperated from each other. The shaft washer is the ring mounted on the shaft while the housing washer is the other ring mounted in the seat. There is a certain clearance between the housing washer and the shaft. Zhou-Jin produces thrust ball bearings in some normal designs such as single direction thrust ball bearings with either a flat housing washer or an aligning housing washer and double direction thrust ball bearings with either a flat housing washer or an aligning housing washer.
Thrust ball bearings can only carry axial loads definitely. Single direction thrust ball bearings can carry axial loads only in one direction, while double direction thrust ball bearings can carry axial loads in both directions.
Double direction angular contact thrust ball bearings have a contact angle of *0 degrees. They consist of housing washer with double raceway and lubrication groove, two pieces of shaft washer, two pairs of ball and cage assemblies and a center spacer. The width of center spacer cna be used to adjust preload of the bearings. Double direction angular contact thrust ball bearings can carry axial loads in both directions and have characters such as high precision, high rigidity, high speed resistibility and lower bearing temperatures. So they are used in spindle of lathe, boring machine, grinder machine and milling machine widely.
