A draw work sensor is consisted of one rotor and one stator and two
subminiature hor® pulse probes are embedded in the groove of stator
*0° angle way. When rotor rotating, magnetic induction on the rotor
sweeps over the surface of the probe to generate a mutative
magnetic field and pulse signals are deduced on the probe. Then two
groups of pulse signals are output in *0° angle way. The draw work
sensor is an integrated, waterproof and anti-vibration mechanical
device with embedded probes. it has a very stable output signal
even after a long distance transfer. Once connected with rig draw
work' rotor, it is able to measure angle displacement during
rotation. And the angle displacement will be used to calculate the
height of the travel block in moving. Thus, the moving displacement
of the block is obtained.
