    **4 SS Series:  offer excellent resistance to corrosion and extreme temperatures. The **4 SS Series is ideal for environments that require tougher resistance to acids and alkali.
    **6 NS Series:  The **6 NS Series provides maximum corrosion resistance and temperature resistance, with virtually no magnetic permeability. These are critical factors in many applications involving electronics or the production of steel.
    **0 AS Series:  AS Series chain was developed for the most demanding applications. With precipitation-hardened round parts, the **0 AS Series combines high load capacity and high corrosion resistance.

Suface Treatment:
The carton steel roller chain can be nickel plated, zinc plated, Daromet-plated for enirnoments require resistance to acids and alkali.

FAQ
Q: Why the prices are very different for same size chain in China chain factories.

A: There are lots of ways to less the cost in chain production.

     -The prices from some steel factory are cheaper but the physical properties are poor.

     -Reduce production process: Plate material annealing, twice punching plate hole, centerless grinding, shot peening, chain pre-strength, etc.

      -Use cheaper material for pin, bush and roller.

      -Use thinner chain plates.

      -Shorter the heat-treatment time or overload in furnace each time.

Q: Why we never use *5 (***5) to produce conveyor chain plate.

A: In Europe, it is common to use ***5 steel as conveyor chain plate to less the cost. However, the steel ***5 made in China cannot reach to our requirements. The main problem is big deformation after heat-treatment. It will be difficult to control the pitch accuracy.

Q: Why we use *0Mn as plate material.

 A: *0Mn has higher C element and Mn cement. Mn can Increase hardening depth of steel, lower quenching temperature, refinine the pearlite structure to improve its mechanical properties. Mn content in *0Mn steel is 0.7~1.0. It is ideal ingredients and can get good strength and fatigue life. When Mn content increase, metal crystal particles gradually decrease and reach a certain value after it reach to 0.5 and the tensile and hardness also reach to a certain value. After it is higher than 1, the fatigue life of steel decreased.

Q: Why the prices may very different for similar size conveyor chain.

 A: We offer the prices according to the material and chain producing process. We design the conveyor chain basis on application environment. Different environment (normal, high wear resistance, heady-duty, slightly corrosive, corrosive, etc.) will use different material with different producing process. If the chain used in corrosive environment also heady-duty, we need to use best material. The plate holes, bush, pin and roller may will be produced by CNC material and heat-treatment by multi-purpose furnace. The price will be very high.
