Application: Dt*****0 drop weight impact tester is suitable for drop weight tear test (dwtt test) to various kinds of ferrites, especially for testing pipeline steel as apl 5l grade. Equipped with different weights and anvils, it can do other types of impact tests according to customers' special request. The machine consists of load frame, specimen carrying system, lifting system, hammer, anvil, safety system and control system. The machine will adjust the energy through adjusting the height and adjusting different weights, so the energy range is infinitely variable. The working mode is free fall of the hammer and its weight, and the machine adds the perfectsafety system to guarantee the safety of people and machine. In order to add and remove the weights, the machine equips with a special lifting cart to assist people to do the work. The machine is pcl control type, and uses the touch screen to complete the man-machine communication. The lifting motor uses the variable frequency speed controller, so the lifting speed is infinite variable. Specifications: Max. The LCD can show lifting height of the hammer, and the energy value at each height, the machine can preset the lifting height, and the machine will stop when the hammer is up to the set height. Also the machine can judge if the test is effective according to specimen carrying time, if the specimen carrying time is long, for example if the specimen cannot do impact test within *0s from specimen taking out from the chamber, thus the test will be not effective, so stop the test. Safety system: Perfect system for this machine, include protection wall, buffer, hooking checking at working position, power off when door open, upper and lower limit switch, sound and light alarm, enclosure for fixed crosshead.
