Heba Wheeled Stored Pressure Dry Chemical Powder Extinguishers are suitable for all classes and recommended for high-hazard locations such as, chemical processing plants, storage facilities and warehouses. The extinguisher body is constructed from cold rolled steel (CRS) and fabricated by automatic metal inert gas (MIG) welding process. Each extinguisher body is then subjected to hydrostatic pressure in order to assure the safety of the end-user. The external surface of the body is shoot blasted and pretreated with five stages zinc phosphate to improve corrosion resistance & paint adhesion. Each extinguisher is electro-statically painted using polyester resin before being baked in the oven. The dry chemical powder is capable to deal with class B flammable liquid fires and flammable gases fires, also deal with class A fires involving carbonaceous materials like wood, paper etc. It can be also applied for electrical fires.
