Vacuum belt filter features 

1.Slurry feeding, filtering, cake drying, cake discharging, cloth washing and cloth rectify deviation are finished automatically and continuously, high level of automation. 

2.The remote and local control can be exchanged to achieve unmanned operations. 

3.The drive gearbox controlled by VFD, so the belt speed can be adjusted in a certain range, according to material filtering parameter to adjust the cake thickness to reach the best filtering result, well-adapted. 

4.The whole filter use frame module design, which is very convenient for transportation, installation and maintenance of equipment. 

5.For cloth washing can choose high pressure water for cloth washing to increase the cloth regenerative effect and the life span, this depends on clients requirements.  

6.Filtrate discharge types include automatic discharge without filtrate pump, high level discharge without filtrate pump, and auxiliary discharge with filtrate pump. In order to decrease the invest costs and maintenance costs, we suggest to use automatic discharge filtrate tank（reciver）.
