The Presto Dumbbell Cutting Press is designed to cut specimens with the help of suitable cutting dies. It is widely used in the rubber industry for cutting specimens of the required size. The Presto Cutting Press ensures accuracy and reliability.
The Presto Cutting Press incorporates a Hydraulic Type Press,
wherein the die is held in a fixed plate with its edges
facing downwards. The sample is placed on a moving plate
below the die. The plate along with the sample is moved up
with the help of a hydraulic jack. The capacity of this press
is about 2.5 ton.
The Presto Cutting Press is built on a rigid metallic base plate and finished in Autumn Gray & Blue combination painting and bright chrome / zinc plating to give it a corrosion resistant finish. The equipment comes complete with an instruction manual and a calibration certificate traceable to NABL approved labs. It is strictly manufactured as per ASTM and related standards.
