Durable Variable Speed Vacuum Pump

Product Description

  ●Characteristics:

     1．It is equipped with brushless DC motor, durable and low interference. It can run
continuously around the clock without interfering with the surrounding electronic components or
polluting power source.

     2．It facilitates the adjustment of output flow of the pump. The flow rate can be changed by
freely adjusting the revolving speed of the motor through electrical control, which makes it easier to achieve automatic control, noise reduction, shock absorption, and energy saving. Compared to the way to change flow rate via mechanic valve, it is more suitable for automatic control, more precise and cheaper. The series is to use the PWM （Pulse Width Modulation）circuit to change the revolving
speed of motor and thus alter the flow rate.

     3．There are feedback signals about the revolving speed of motor, which indicate the
operational condition and output flow alteration of the pump and thus facilitate the
intelligent control.

     4．The pumps of this series have three working cylinders which work together to make the output air flow more stable.

     5．It has functions of thermal protection and overload protection. The pump will automatically shut down to avoid any damage when the temperature is too high to bear or being blocked.

     6．It is free of maintenance and is non-lubricated. The pump is oil-less and will not pollute
the gas transmitted. Extract of damp gas is allowed.

     7．It can be installed in any direction, for example, being installed horizontally, vertically, or in a slope, and work properly.

     8．It runs with light vibration and low noise.

     1． Input voltage is required at *2V±*0% .

     2． Material Specifications:

         After entering the pump, the gas will come into contact with two kinds of materials:
SPS (syndiotactic polystyrene)，EPDM.

  ●Performance in Comparison with Ordinary Brush Motor Pump

   ●Attentions

      1．The pump will not be damaged if the air inlet is blocked temporarily as the inlet can bear a heavy load.

      2．The air outlet of the pump must be unobstructed without any component that may hinder gas
emission in the exhaust pipe! Otherwise, please select FML or FAY series of products.

      3．Weight: ≈ *0 g.

      4．The values of flow rate and parameters of degree of vacuum are measured under the condition of *0 ℃ temperature and standard atmospheric pressure.

     1．Service Conditions

        The pump shall not be exposed to direct sun light. It shall work in an environment clean and well ventilated.

        Ambient temperature: 0℃ ～ *0 ℃ (No condensation)

        Relative humidity: ≤ *0%

     2．Working Medium

        ①The air being pumped must be corrosion-free, oil-free and solid particle free.

        ②Temperature allowed for air or liquid being pumped: 5℃ ~ *0℃

Instructions to Wire Connection of
Brushless DC Motor

   If there is no need for speed control and feedback of revolving speed, wire connection can be
conducted as follows:

    No plugging before powering off,otherwise the pumps will be burnt easily!
