Product Description

The DURFO SET monoblock is designed to fill jars and bottles with thick products and cap with twist-off closures.

Electrowelded stainless steel base-frame placed on 4 adjustable supports (in alternative placed on wheels).

All the machine operations (filling, capsule distribution, capsule closure) are achieved on a big sized central starwheel. The machine is standardly supplied with chain drive and rectangular storage table, for its independent operation. The machine is 'CE' approved.

VOLUMETRIC DOSING UNIT

*for liquid and dense products (honey, jam, mayonnaise, sauces, melted cheeses, creams, etc.)

* fully AISI **4 stainless steel food-grade piston with Teflon seals, hot-sanitizable, adjustable from *0 to **0 cc (from *0 to ***0 cc optional) with micrometer screw

CLOSING TWIST-OFF CAPSULES STATION

* Main tank for the product feeding and recoil tank for the product in excess, with automatic transfer to the main tank.

CAPSULE DISPENSER
